Founded in 2018 and formally acknowledged by the Mental Health Foundation in 2022, Baks Foundation possesses a commendable history of delivering crucial aid to youth facing social and emotional difficulties that can result in compulsive gambling. BetPawa’s funding will enable the foundation to broaden its therapeutic outreach, profoundly impacting the lives of those impacted.
This endeavor expands upon BetPawa’s prior initiatives to champion responsible gaming. In the previous year, the company played a pivotal role in establishing a specialized Responsible Gaming Call Center in Ghana, furnishing it with essential information technology infrastructure.

Similarly, in May of this year, responsible gaming software providers Mindway AI and AnonyMind revealed their collaboration to furnish enhanced assistance for individuals experiencing gambling-related issues.
This collaborative effort seeks to establish a protective measure for vulnerable gamblers. The groups are working together to pinpoint individuals grappling with gambling dependence and link them with appropriate assistance.
AnonyMind’s function is to pair individuals with therapists most compatible with their requirements. These mental health professionals will then formulate individualized care strategies using a “clinical framework,” guaranteeing the method is customized for every individual.
