Awaiting regulatory green light, Cove, a seasoned expert with over 16 years in the gaming and hospitality sector, will take charge at the scenic Pocono Mountains property.
Cove’s notable credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University in Illinois and an MBA from the esteemed Anderson School of Management at UCLA. His professional journey is highlighted by significant positions in marketing, finance, and operations at industry leaders like Caesars Entertainment, Golden Nugget, Carnival Corporation, sbe Entertainment Group, and most recently, Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in Mississippi.
As the new leader, Cove will manage all aspects of the casino and resort’s functions, encompassing gaming, guaranteeing outstanding guest relations, supervising human resources, propelling financial success, and leading sales and marketing campaigns. Mount Air Casino believes Cove’s strategic direction will be essential in maintaining the brand’s high benchmarks and surpassing visitor anticipations by providing individualized encounters.
