Aristocrat Leisure Posts Impressive 43% EBITDA Growth in FY2021

Gaming giant, Aristocrat Leisure, announced a remarkable 43% increase in EBITDA for the fiscal year 2021.

Their recent financial statement showcased an outstanding 81% rise in net profit after tax and before amortization (NPATA), accompanied by substantial EBITDA expansion. This accomplishment is attributed to their continuous expenditures in game creation, advancement, and technological progress, enabling them to secure a larger portion of the market across their primary products and varied offerings.

Aristocrat emphasized the ongoing broadening and diversification of their product range throughout the year. Moving forward, their strategy involves strengthening their presence in significant gaming sectors worldwide, expanding their share of the gaming machine sector, and propelling growth in their Pixel United reservations. To achieve these objectives, they will be making substantial investments in design and development, potentially surpassing their past investment rates of 11-12%.

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Trevor Croker, conveyed assurance in their expansion plan, affirming that the company’s achievements and momentum demonstrate the effectiveness of their implementation.

Our intense concentration has been on crafting exceptional offerings, attracting premier expertise, and bolstering our fundamental strengths. This bedrock is what propelled our market presence expansion in the preceding year, enabling us to surpass the sector organically.

Our accomplishments are apparent in the varied, high-achieving collection of both Aristocrat Gaming and Pixel United, alongside our growing market penetration and financial gains across both gaming and digital spheres.

Croker also emphasized Aristocrat’s three victories at the Global Gaming Awards, encompassing the sought-after Land-Based Supplier of the Year accolade.
