Delaware Internet Gambling Revenue Plummets in October

Delawares internet gambling income took a significant dip in October, reaching its lowest point this year. Dover Downs, a key player in the market, experienced a substantial decline in earnings compared to the previous month. In total, the market generated $246,092 in October, representing a 36.1% decrease from September. Consumers spent less on online gambling, with only $9.4 million wagered in October compared to $11.8 million in September. Video lottery was the primary source of revenue, generating almost $184,000. Table games brought in significantly less than they did in September, while poker earnings remained relatively consistent. Gamblers won a total of $9.6 million, with table games and video lottery being the top winners.
